A fairytale of inconceivable charm...
Peter
arranged duels and stunts for this classic tale. He was employed at
Shepperton
Studios and on location at the imposing Cliffs of Mohr, on the
west coast of Ireland.
Peter rigged the stunt doubles for
the "inconceivable" cliff climbing sequence,
and together with old pal Bob Anderson,
he choreographed the amazing left
handed, right handed, six fingered
cliff top duel - a sequence much-admired
by industry folks and fans alike...

Peter's
contribution to the film is shown in a follow-up documentary from 2001.
"As You Wish: The Story of the Princess
Bride" does exactly what it says in
the title, going behind the scenes of the
production. For some inconceivable
reason, it features on the American DVD
release, but not on the British one.
